How do I use the Amaru Job Board?
How It Works:
- Share your job details with us by emailing fernanda.gamero@latinosinbio.
org to request the employer job submission form. - Amaru evaluates your posting based on its inclusion-driven criteria (see Amaru’s homepage for details).
- Approved listings will appear on Latinos in Bio section of Job Board
- Please note that Amaru’s Job Board is provided as a free service to its partners and users. Amaru reserves the rights to vet the listings in Amaru’s free job board.
What You Need to Know:
- Amaru’s 30-day freshness guarantee ensures job seekers see only the latest opportunities.
- If not renewed within 30 days, the listing will be removed.

To apply for a role on our job board:
- Step 1: Apply for the role.
- Step 2: Join the Amaru Talent Network or Amaru Job List.
- Step 3: Email arturo@goamaru.com with your application materials and include the job title in the subject line. In the email, write a brief introduction about yourself.
- Step 4: Amaru will confirm your resume is error-free before submitting it to its employer partner.
- Step 5: Amaru will amplify your application to increase visibility.
